Even though Resident Evil 4 Remake's announcement might have been spoiled by leaks, the first trailer got us plenty excited, and seeing uncut gameplay footage of it in action has us extremely excited. The answer is yes, but there's so much more to talk about. The Matilda is a burst shot handgun that will use up some spare ammo if you find yourself with too much. Leon will also have an added animation when catching Ashley he will grunt and place his hand on his back while he stands up as if in pain.Īll weapon unlocks can only be used in a New Game +. Ganados and other enemies who attempt to carry Ashley away will drop her and fall on the ground. If Leon aims at Ashley's face, this will trigger her visor to come down instead of her usual ducking animation.

While playing as Ashley during the main game, she will occassionally stand a different way in the inventory screen, with her back turned and holding her arms up.

Special 2: A suit of armor which makes Ashley invincible.

Do this four times and Leon will throw his hat into the air and catch it.īeat Separate Ways to unlock Ashley's two Special alternate Outfits. If you have the Chicago Typewriter equipped and hit the reload button while aiming, Leon will grunt emphatically and adjust his hat.

Special 2: A fancy, old-school gangster suit, complete with a snazzy hat.

The same goes for Ashlee's Special 1 outfit. *EDIT* This uniform isn't in fact unlocked after beating Separate Ways, but from beating Leon's game mode the first time.
